Shopping Cart

Adding an Item

To purchase your item, you simply need to hit the "Add to Cart" button for any product. Your item goes into your Shopping Cart and you can continue to shop without leaving the page that you were viewing.

To adjust the quantities purchased, you can simply click on your “Shopping Cart” link at the top right of every page, and use the Qty section in the Shopping Cart to increase/decrease the total quantity needed.

Removing an Item

If you added an item to your Shopping Cart and wish to remove it, once inside of your Shopping Cart you can click the “remove” link for the item.

If you have changed your mind and decided not to purchase with us today, you can simply hit the "Delete all items in cart" link to completely empty your Shopping Cart.

Viewing

You can view the items in your cart by simply clicking on the "Cart" link at the top right of every page. Here you can estimate your shipping cost, clear your shopping cart, or increase/decrease quantity ordered. Don't have time to finish your order? That's OK, once you have created an account; items can remain in your Shopping Cart for up to 50 days.

If you live in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Canada, you may order online. Please keep in mind that all orders may be subject to additional handling fees or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer.
Some products may not be exported under any circumstances due to shipping restrictions or US law. PLEASE make sure the items is legal for import and allowed in your country BEFORE you order, any item(s) seized by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policies

Return Policy

Our store provides you with a 7-day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with any product for any reason, you may return it within 7 days from the date of purchase for a refund of the purchase price (minus shipping/handling fees). Items displaying excessive wear or not in original condition may not be eligible for a refund. This item must be in our supply warehouse before the 7th day to be eligible for the money back guarantee. Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will issue a credit to your credit card within 7 to 10 business days.

8. What if I can’t find a product that I need?
Simply contact us and let us know what product you’re looking for.

11. When is my credit card charged for an order?
Your credit card is charged at the time your order is placed, pending approval from your credit card company.

12. Is there sales tax charged to my purchases?
For residents of the state of Florida, sales tax will be charged.

13. How long does it take to get my order delivered?
Most orders placed will be shipped within 24-48 hours. Items with longer shipping times are notated in the product description area for that item. Custom or personalized orders make take up to 3-4 weeks prior to shipping.

14. How much does it cost for shipping?
Shipping methods are chosen by you during your checkout. Our shipping costs are based on the total weight of the order, destination zip code, and speed of delivery selected.  Shipping cost estimates are available in the Shopping Cart for you prior to checkout.

15. Does our store have a guarantee?
our store provides you with a 7-day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with any product for any reason, you may return it within 7 days from the date of purchase for a refund of the purchase price (minus shipping/handling fees), however you MUST obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RMA) from our Exchanges and Returns department. You can contact us.

16. What are your return policies?
Custom or personalized products are NOT eligible for returns or refunds. If an error has occurred by fault of our store, please contact us

17. What if I received my order and it’s damaged?
Do not return the merchandise. Please save the item, carton and all of the original packing material and contact us for detailed handling instructions.

18. Can I cancel an order after it has been submitted?
our store takes great pride in fast shipment of all orders placed, however we do understand that you may need to cancel or change your order. Any change or cancellation must be done within 24 hours from time order was placed and can only be done if the order has not yet been processed and shipped out.
